The Store Manager Role:
Lead daily store operations, maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and service
Recruit, train, and develop a team focused on exceptional customer experience
Manage performance and control costs while driving sales and profitability
Create a high-energy, team-oriented culture that keeps both staff and customers engaged
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
