Please click here. £12.21 per hour East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Sheringham Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered. Located on the stunning North Norfolk coast, our Sheringham shop may be one of our smallest, but it’s definitely one of our most stylish. We’re known for offering high-quality fashion, unique bric-a-brac, books and new goods. It’s a busy and collaborative place to work in the heart of the Sheringham community. What you’ll do: Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets. Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness. Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence. Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community. What we’re looking for: A welcoming, inclusive approach with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative. Comfortable with lifting and moving stock and using electronic devices (tills, tablets, computers).
