Working for an established and growing business, we are looking to hire someone who has a desire to:
* Oversee complete Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation cycles, from initial discovery through to successful go-live
* Facilitate client workshops to capture and document detailed business requirements
* Translate business needs into tailored BC solutions, producing Statements of Work and functional specifications
* Configure Business Central to reflect client operations, including workflows, financials, reporting, and integrations
* Deliver customised training sessions to end users, ensuring confident system adoption
* Provide hands-on support during go-live, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless transition
* Offer ongoing post-implementation assistance, including troubleshooting, system optimisation, and process enhancements
* Work closely with internal development teams to ensure customisations meet project objectives and user expectations
* Contribute to upgrade initiatives, migrating clients from NAV to the latest BC versions
Suitable candidates must possess:
* Proven expertise in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience delivering solutions within a Microsoft Partner environment
* Comprehensive functional knowledge across BC modules, with deep expertise in Manufacturing and Projects
* Skilled in engaging end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective training
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines with precision
