We're looking for dependable, confident individuals who can lead classes using pre-set lesson plans and help maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.

Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
* Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
* Be a positive influence to students
* Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
* Experience working with children in an educational capacity
* A degree or direct experience working as a cover supervisor
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
