Pennyhill Primary School
Hours 37, permanent from 1st June 2026 (or earlier if possible)
Pennyhill Primary School is a large, inclusive primary school with high aspirations for every child. With a large number of pupils eligible for Pupil Premium, strong attendance is central to improving outcomes.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Attendance Officer to lead and champion attendance across the school. This is a key role working closely with the attendance officer and senior leaders to analyse attendance data, identify vulnerable groups and implement targeted interventions that improve outcomes for pupils.
You will work directly with families, providing a balance of support and challenge to address barriers to attendance, while also collaborating with external agencies and multi-agency partners.
The successful candidate will be confident using data, building strong relationships with families and supporting colleagues to drive a culture of excellent attendance across the school.
At Pennyhill, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. We are a school with high expectations, a strong sense of community and a relentless commitment to removing barriers to learning.
Our staff are committed, collaborative and ambitious for our pupils. We are looking for someone who shares our belief that excellent attendance is fundamental to children achieving their potential.
