This is a fantastic short-term opportunity offering flexible and hybrid working. It's ideal for someone with housing or maintenance call handling experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of Repairs Call Handler
 * Take incoming calls from tenants/customers reporting repairs
 * Log repair requests accurately on the system
 * Book appointments and schedule works with contractors
 * Provide clear, timely updates to customers
 * Escalate emergency repairs appropriately
Ideal Candidate for Repairs Call Handler Will Have
 * Experience in a repairs or customer service environment
 * Knowledge of housing systems (e.g. Orchard, Northgate)
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills
 * Availability to start immediately and complete the full 8-week term
