* Manage a social work caseload with a high level of autonomy.
* Provide expert professional and technical advice to colleagues, managers, and partners.
* Promote reflective practice and continuous professional development.
* Apply a range of assessment and intervention frameworks effectively.
* Support and mentor others in professionalism and effective caseload management.
* Build strong networks with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery.
* Prepare reports for the Court of Protection.
What You’ll Need
* A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
* Completion of 12 months AYSE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
* Experience in assessment and care management for individuals with learning disabilities and/or disabilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
