If you want to progress and develop your career within a corporate environment, Go Green will provide the platform and support whilst developing your skills and offering all the necessary training to achieve your goals. ​ Duties & Responsibilities: Keeping both the purchase ledger and credit mailboxes up to date Logging invoicing disputes and queries via internal system and processing resolutions Correcting purchase orders and assisting credit controllers in ensuring correct documentation is available Requesting and uploading both supplier and overhead statements Chasing transfer notes for the team to allow them to cut off in a timely manner Efficient and timely processing of invoices, credits and ticketing data with a high level of accuracy Assisting credit control with customer invoice run General additional administrative tasks Essential Attributes: High attention to detail and accuracy of data input Excellent communication skills to work with numerous stakeholders to gather required information Strong organisation skills Experience Required (if applicable) Experience in a similar role would be benficial Benefits 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days' with length of service Attendance bonus scheme Health benefits scheme Life assurance Charity volunteering opportunities Free onsite parking Full training and progression plan Attendance bonus scheme Social gatherings Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Go Green Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and harmonious work environment that values and supports all individuals.
