Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll provide high-quality business and administrative support across the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, members and callers - face to face, by phone and email Providing administrative support across the organisation to meet daily business needs Organising travel and accommodation for staff Maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order Supporting events and exhibitions, including bookings, invoicing and on-site admin Maintaining and updating CRM records and assisting with Mailchimp mailings Assisting with financial processing using Sage, including invoices, expenses and ledger maintenance Supporting website administration - training will be provided Promoting and protecting the corporate brand across communications Ensuring compliance with policies, including health & safety and equal opportunities Educated to Standard Grade (or equivalent) in English and Maths Qualified in Business Administration or able to demonstrate relevant experience Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing data accurately Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
