Recruitment Consultant will be based from our Rochester Head Office
Experience within transport, logistics or warehouse recruitment would be a huge advantage, but were also open to an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to transition into a new sector.

Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ATS tools to track applications and candidate progress.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication skills and regular engagement.
* Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Utilise systems to update candidate information accurately and efficiently.
* Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
* Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources to optimise recruitment efforts.
* Lead generation through diverse channels including social media management and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within human resources or related fields.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable.
* Experience with social media management for talent sourcing purposes.
* Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management within a fast-paced environment. xsngvjr
