We are a well-established business seeking a dependable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support our growing team. This is a varied position within a fast-paced environment, offering a mix of financial and administrative responsibilities, on a part-time basis, flexibly.
In this role, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business by assisting with accounts processes and general office duties, working closely with senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices for purchases and sales
Carrying out bank reconciliations and managing daily cash transactions
Supporting vehicle finance documentation and administration
Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
Assisting with payroll tasks and supplier payments
Communicating with customers, lenders, and external partners
Providing general administrative support across the office
About You
Previous experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting software
Approachable, professional, and able to work well within a small team
Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not required
