Parts AdviserLocation: CarryduffSalary: CompetitiveJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Adviser to support both workshop operations and external customers by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts quickly and efficiently.You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability, helping to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phoneHandle parts enquiries from workshop technicians and external customersIdentify and supply parts using manufacturer systemsOrder parts from manufacturers and approved suppliersReceive deliveries and store parts correctly within the warehousePick and supply parts for workshop jobsSupport stock control, including reporting shortages or damageCarry out regular stock checks and stock takesFollow manufacturer warranty proceduresDesirable Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in a parts department (desirable but not essential)Strong organisational and communication skillsFriendly and professional attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence preferred (no more than 3 penalty points)If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
