Branch Manager
Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Branch Manager who is passionate about great leadership.
Location – Jewson, Stadium Rd, Inverness, IV1 1FF.
Hours – 7am to 4:30pm or 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am – 12pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities.
* Adjust services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with Jewson Values.
* Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers, providing proactive advice and solutions.
* Build effective relationships with suppliers.
* Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
* Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts.
* Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
