Are you a proven enterprise sales leader with deep relationships across the buyside? We're looking for a
Senior Sales Director
to drive new business and strategic growth with some of the most sophisticated investment firms in the world.
This is a high-impact, senior seat for a hunter who knows how to open doors at
hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices
— and convert those opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute a new business strategy targeting institutional buyside clients.
* Leverage your existing network to accelerate pipeline while relentlessly hunting for fresh opportunities.
* Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation to close, engaging senior stakeholders across CIOs, Portfolio Managers, COOs, and Heads of Trading.
* Deliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions that solve client challenges in areas like portfolio analytics, risk management, and digital transformation.
* Partner with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value creation.
* Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using structured methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
What We're Looking For
* 6+ years' enterprise sales experience
in fintech, SaaS, or capital markets solutions.
* A strong track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth with buyside clients (hedge funds, asset managers, private equity, sovereign wealth, family offices).
* Hunter mentality with the polish to engage and influence C-level decision makers.
* Mastery of complex sales cycles and structured methodologies.
* Strong executive presence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* London-based (hybrid), with flexibility for client meetings and events.
