Why not join us as a Vocational Trainer Assessor - Hairdressing and Barbering? This is a part-time role, working 18.5 hours per week. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. Day to day duties of the role To provide high quality teaching, learning, assessment, and internal moderation across a range of Hairdressing and Barbering courses. To course coordinate programmes of study and be responsible for the success of learners on programme through workplace assessment. Tutorship of students, giving appropriate support to enable students to achieve their academic and vocational targets. Interviewing and giving guidance to potential students. Required skills and qualifications An NVQ/ VRQ/ Apprenticeship to level 3 or equivalent. Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies. Relevant professional or commercial experience. Competence in IT.
