Global Biddable Director - Operations & Governance
This role sits within the Global Biddable Hub and is responsible for scaling best-in-class biddable performance across all regions. The role acts as the connective tissue between regional activation teams, global strategy, standards, and technology, ensuring learnings, tools, and innovation are consistently deployed across all biddable hubs. This person will report into the Global Biddable Lead based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Global Learnings & Best Practice
* Analyse biddable performance and activation approaches across regions to identify scalable learnings and opportunities
* Lead bi-monthly global biddable best practice forums ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-up
* Translate regional and market insights into clear global recommendations
Standards & Enablement
* Identify opportunities to evolve existing biddable standards and define new standards as platforms, products, and behaviors change
* Standardise the intake process globally and align on KPIs for managing output of the biddable hubs
* Own deployment of biddable standards via CapSure, ensuring clarity, adoption, and ongoing governance
* Partner with strategy and planning teams to ensure biddable learnings are embedded into planning and activation frameworks
Innovation, Tools & Added Value
* Lead delivery and adoption of biddable JBP added value, including alpha/beta features and platform innovations
* Own utilization and rollout of biddable tech, tools, and measurement solutions
* Lead testing and evaluation of new DSPs, platforms, betas, and emerging biddable capabilities, including documentation of outcomes and recommendations
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Act as a global point of contact between regional biddable teams, Publicis product teams, and client stakeholders
* Ensure global initiatives are pragmatic, deployable, and aligned with regional realities
* Support change management and adoption through clear communication and training
Skills & Experience
Required
* Strong hands-on experience across biddable media (e.g. Paid Social, Programmatic, Search)
* Proven ability to analyse performance data and extract actionable insights
* Experience working in global or multi-market environments
* Deep understanding of DSPs, platforms, and biddable ad tech
* Ability to turn complexity into clear standards, frameworks, and guidance
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
