We’re looking for a Multiskilled Engineer who’s ready to make an impact, drive improvement, and be part of a supportive, high‑performing engineering team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding to mechanical and electrical faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum.
* Spotting issues before they become problems and delivering practical, effective fixes.
* Getting to know all areas of the factory and becoming a go‑to expert.
* Working closely with production teams to understand their needs and deliver great service.
* Driving improvements using tools like 5S, SMED, TPM, CI and data‑based decision‑making.
* Ensuring all work meets quality standards, including CCPs, HACCP, core procedures, and customer specs.
* Following issues through to completion and sharing learnings with the team.
* Making sound engineering decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and production impact.
* Supporting environmental responsibility by helping reduce waste and environmental impact.
* Playing a vital role in achieving engineering KPIs and overall factory performance.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong multiskilled background (mechanical & electrical).
* Ability to understand, interpret, and produce technical information.
* Confidence in analysing data and identifying improvement opportunities.
* Experience using CMMS systems and preferably AutoCAD (ACAD).
* Good IT capability, including Microsoft Office and in‑house operating systems.
* A strong safety mindset: risk assessments, safe systems of work, permits to work, PUWER.
* A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work well within a team.
