The business is undergoing significant finance transformation, modernising its systems, data infrastructure, and reporting capabilities. Data-driven insight sits at the heart of their strategy, with growing investment in analytics and automation.
The Role:
* Lead the design, development, and ownership of Power BI dashboards for key finance KPIs
* Build and maintain robust data models using DAX and Power Query
* Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple finance and operational systems
* Own core reporting processes, including monthly, ad hoc, and bi-annual reporting cycles
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Act as the Power BI subject matter expert within the Group Finance function
* Support ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including new systems and data platforms
Your Skills and Experience:
* Strong commercial experience using Power BI for financial reporting and analytics
* Advanced capability in DAX and Power Query
* Working knowledge of SQL and relational data sources
* Solid understanding of core financial statements and metrics
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving systems and processes
