Pay: Up to £19 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to work with CNC machines in a precision engineering environment. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating
CNC machines
to produce precision components Loading and unloading components and setting tools where required Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts are produced to specification Carrying out
in-process inspection
using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges) Making basic offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances Reading and working from engineering drawings Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area Following all health & safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating
CNC machines Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
