About the role:
1. Oversee the operational aspects of the Entry into Service component within the Service, ensuring its seamless and effective running.
2. Improving the Entry into Service (EIS) provision for individuals accessing treatment by ensuring that the service is delivered in a professional, friendly, and informative manner, tailored to each individual's unique needs.
3. Supervise the EIS Workers and collaborate with the project managers to ensure the of service provision objectives are met.
4. Coordinate and organise training sessions for staff to ensure the implementation of trauma-informed service delivery and the application of Motivational Interviewing techniques during assessments.
5. Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant agencies and services across the Service.
6. Participate in relevant multi-disciplinary meetings, developing connections with health and social care services, housing providers, peer support networks, community assets, and mutual aid groups to ensure that EIS delivers a holistic wrap-around assessment and service.
7. Enhance partnership working with primary care, mental health services, housing, and other voluntary organisations supporting individuals accessing our service.
8. Utilise both existing and emerging networks and pathways to facilitate support from strategic partnerships and other providers, ensuring that the diverse needs of service users are effectively met.
About you:
9. Experience of working with Adults experiencing difficulties around Substance misuse.
10. Excellent knowledge of drugs and alcohol and their effects.
11. Line management experience including the delivery of reflective practice.
12. The ability to lead, empower and motivate a team.
13. Excellent knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices and experience of embedding these operationally.
14. Knowledge of a range of psychosocial and evidence-based interventions around substance misuse.
15. Ability to ensure all record keeping, outcome monitoring and data collection is maintained effectively.
16. Experience in delivering training to staff and stakeholders.
17. Familiarity with local services and relevant interventions that enable the team to support and sustain recovery.
18. Experience in managing and supervising a multi-disciplinary team.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
