We're working with an impressive, fast-growth e-commerce platform that is looking for a litigation counsel to join, either remotely in the UK, or able to visit the office in Dublin.
Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor, in England & Wales or Ireland
* Over 6 PQE, experience within commercial litigation
* Trained and worked within a private practice firm, and any additional in-house experience is desirable
* Experience supporting e-commerce, marketplace and online retail platforms is desirable
Responsibilities:
* Manage UK litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
* Respond to inquiries, investigations, and complaints from regulatory agencies.
* Draft, review, and revise day-to-day disputes related contracts, providing risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
* Lead negotiations and review legal documents related to overseas EU matters.
