CCTV Drainage Engineer – Hillington
Ipsum is seeking a CCTV Drainage Engineer to join our team. Working from one of our custom-equipped CCTV vans, you will visit a range of clients across the UK and carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, assess pipe conditions, analyse results, and produce high-quality reports. You will work with Jetting Units when required and be responsible for all site activity, ensuring the team works safely and efficiently and that work is completed within the required timescales.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems and assess pipe conditions.
* Analyse survey results and produce high-quality reports.
* Manage site activity in conjunction with Jetting Units where required, ensuring safe and efficient operations and timely completion.
* Supervise or assist site staff in collaboration with the Project Supervisor.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental policies on site.
* Adhere to Company policies and report all site-related incidents.
* Pre-site pre-planning and coordination with Project Supervisor when required.
* Identify and resolve problems promptly to prevent escalation.
* Deliver high-quality results, reports, and feedback; maintain good relationships and clear communication with stakeholders.
* Be flexible to work across the UK, including early starts, weekends, and out-of-hours work, as required.
About You
* Experience or qualifications in the Utilities or Drainage industry.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Desirable: OS19X (MSCC5 standards) certification and HGV qualifications.
