Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Debt, the Revenue and Debt Service Manager will be managing and leading staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery.You will also have operational responsibility for a range of services within Revenue and Debt, including the provision of customer services face to face by telephone and online web services, billing, collection, recovery and enforcement, quality, control, policy and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Revenue and Debt Service Manager will have detailed knowledge of Council Tax, Business Rates and regulations as well as enforcement legislation and regulations. It is essential that you have a track record of achievement at management level in a large and complex organisation where you have managed staff directly and indirectly via others.
What's on Offer
This initial 6 month temporary role offers an hourly rate of £31 (PAYE) and £40 (Umbrella). Please note, you will be required to under a DBS disclosure before undertaking this role.
