The role
As an Area Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, standards, and culture across a group of pharmacies within Central Scotland.
You will support pharmacy teams to:
* Deliver consistently high standards of care and customer service
* Develop confident, well-trained, and engaged teams
* Recruit and retain the right people
* Achieve operational and commercial goals
* Embed best practice across services and processes
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach, challenge, and support pharmacy teams to be the best they can be.
Who we are looking for
You may come from a pharmacy background and be ready to step into an area role, which would be great. That said, it is not essential.
We are also keen to hear from candidates who:
* Have strong leadership and people management experience in a similar multi-site or service-led environment
* Learn quickly and thrive in a fast-moving business
* Are confident supporting, motivating, and developing teams
* Are organised, resilient, and comfortable making decisions
