Protocol Education are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Behavioural Specialist to join the team at a thriving Alternative Provision Unit in the Brent area. We’re hoping to find an individual to slot right into a passionate team that works every day to re-engage students who are struggling to settle in mainstream education, giving them the help they need to help them achieve.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
2. Delivering tailored behaviour interventions and classroom support.
3. Helping learners engage with education in a safe, structured environment.
4. Working alongside an incredible team of staff, determined to shape progress, one small win at a time.
We’re looking for someone who:
5. Has proven experience working within a behavioural or SEMH setting.
6. Can stay calm, patient and positive when faced with challenging scenarios.
7. Uses de-escalation and restorative approaches effectively.
8. Builds trust quickly and knows how to set clear, respectful boundaries.
9. Is ready to make a long-term impact.
