We are currently searching for an ambitious, talented & highly motivated individual to join our Belfast operations team as a Recruitment Manager. The successful applicant will manage our Internal recruitment function across the group. Key Responsibilities: As Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to join Reperio Human Capital. You will be responsible for recruiting both recruitment consultants and operations professionals, taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to selection. Key responsibilities will include developing and posting job advertisements, conducting interviews (both virtually and in person), maintaining accurate candidate records, and building a strong pipeline of prospective hires. You will actively leverage social media, online advertising, and CV databases to identify high-calibre candidates, while also engaging in proactive headhunting and talent pooling to support future hiring needs. You will prepare and deliver detailed recruitment reports and insights to the senior management team to inform strategic hiring decisions. Role Requirements: You will have a previous experience within a Recruitment role (whether internal or agency). You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator. Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results. You should have experience sourcing candidates through a variety of different methods (LinkedIn/Job Boards etc). You should have extensive experience in pro-active recruitment strategies, and cultivating talent pipelines. You should be goal orientated & target driven. IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks. This role will require flexibility to travel to our international offices on occasion (up to 3x per year). What should you expect? Annual base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience) Your role shall be based onsite within our Belfast office. Life cover & access to our Healthcare scheme.
