Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
* Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, utilising your knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
* Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within broader operational processes.
Skills
* Proven management experience with a focus on leadership within an electrical environment.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and interpreting schematics.
* Excellent mechanical knowledge relevant to electrical systems and maintenance practices.
* Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
* Previous supervising experience is essential, demonstrating an ability to lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
