Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
Location:, Liverpool- based in our beautiful Liverpool office but we will offer the option to work from home on occasion

This role will be pivotal in driving the commercial growth of our Training and Schools business.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our team, you’ll have experience in Sales and Marketing, people focussed – you’ll understand the importance of growing our brand on social media, be able to use MS office packages efficiently and ideally you will have used CRM systems before. You will not need to have a university degree, we are far more interested in the proactive and can do attitude which you can bring to the team.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. A high level of competency in using a range of technologies, including social media and e-commerce.
2. Sales & Marketing experience with an intrinsic motivation to achieve targets.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish their credibility at all levels.
4. High level of creativity and innovation, contributing to product development and adapting Career Connect’s service offer.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in an engaging way to a variety of audiences to win understanding and support.
6. An ability to build relationships, negotiate with and persuade a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ability to motivate and influence across a range of levels internally, including with senior leadership team members and Trustees.
8. Proactive approach to securing income and a team player attitude.
9. Knowledge and skills of using CRM systems, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Desirable
10. Sales & Marketing experience within the sector of Education, Business and Training.
11. Experienced in using CRM system with MS Dynamics.
