About the Role
Join us as a Personal Trainer. You will deliver high‑quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym to help them achieve their goals.
We support growing your client base with a 3‑day PT induction and continue growing your passion through our CDP courses.
Responsibilities
Deliver personal training sessions and create tailored programs; guide members physically and mentally; maintain coaching standards and certifications.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
* Passion for health and fitness.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Self‑driven with a positive outlook.
* Strong customer service focus.

* 50% net revenue share plus £5 per session on the 16th session each week (minimum £16.00 per session; £21 from the 16th).
