Our client is looking for an Actuarial Manager to support their next phase of growth and expansion in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience within life insurance or reinsurance, preferably gained in a consulting environment, and will be comfortable managing or supporting complex modelling and analytical projects. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll apply your actuarial, coding, and problem-solving skills across a range of technologies and business challenges.You'll work across diverse areas including Prophet model development and review, BPA pricing and transactions, Solvency II and IFRS 17/9 reporting, as well as automation, data transformation, and AI-driven initiatives. The role would suit a nearly or newly qualified actuary with strong technical and coding skills - ideally in R, Python, VBA, or Julia - and a solid understanding of actuarial concepts, capital modelling, and financial reporting.
