We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team, based from their Whitstable office with the benefit of hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on multi-site rollouts, and wants to play a key part in high-profile retail delivery programmes. The Role Reporting to a Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple fit-out schemes running concurrently, managing the full commercial lifecycle – from procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end commercial management of fast-track fit-out projects * Preparing tender documentation and subcontractor packages * Procurement, contract administration, and commercial negotiations * Monthly valuations, cost reporting and forecasting * Managing subcontractor payments and variations * Liaising with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Ideal Candidate * 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (fit-out or interiors preferred) * Strong understanding of commercial fit-out project delivery * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Degree qualified or equivalent (RICS preferred but not essential) * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Competitive salary of £50,000 – £55,000 * Hybrid working arrangement (typically 2–3 days from home) * Supportive and collaborative commercial team * Company car allowance or travel covered * Pension, holiday, and wider package * Opportunity to work with major retail brands across the UK Interested?
