Job Description
3. Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
4. Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees.
5. Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
6. Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate and monitor staff training and development programmes.
8. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
9. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.
10. Generate HR reports and assist with audits as required.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in HR within the education or a similar sector.
12. Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
13. Gone through ISI inspection
14. Enhanced DBS in place
15. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
16. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
18. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
