Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the food strategy to achieve budgeted commercial returns.
2. Ensure all kitchen activities are coordinated to maintain a professional, safe, hygienic, and cost-effective environment.
3. Establish clear communication within the kitchen and with Front of House staff.
4. Ensure food is delivered, handled, cooked, and served to company specifications to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
5. Benchmark individual team performance using KPIs related to sales.
6. Review wage costs and adjust staffing levels to optimize conversion and stay within budget.
7. Adhere to food hygiene regulations & H&S procedures according to FRESH, HACCP, and EHO directives.
