360 Business Development Manager – Enterprise Events / Travel Tech
📍 Hybrid – Shoreditch, London (3 days in office)
💰 £50,000 base + £63,000 OTE (uncapped)
Are you a consultative salesperson who knows how to win enterprise clients through credibility, patience, and strong stakeholder relationships? Our client is looking for a 360 Business Development Manager to sell an award-winning meetings and events solution into large corporates across EMEA and North America — targeting organisations with £1m+ annual event spend.
This is not a quick, transactional sell. It’s a role for someone who understands how to navigate longer sales cycles, build trust over multiple touch points, and influence senior stakeholders such as Travel Managers and Procurement leaders. Experience in the travel industry is essential, and someone with a strong network in that space will be especially well placed to succeed.
This role will:
* Own the full 360 sales cycle across enterprise accounts in EMEA and North America.
* Use a mix of outbound and inbound activity to win new enterprise customers.
* Pitch and demo a meetings and events platform and service designed for large corporates managing high annual event spend.
* Build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders, typically Travel Managers and Procurement Managers.
* Attend industry events such as Business Travel Show Europe and ITM to build relationships and raise profile in the travel industry.
This role needs:
* 3+ years in outbound sales, including at least 18 months of closing experience.
* Experience managing sales cycles, stakeholders and negotiation with a strong record of sales delivery
* A travel industry background is essential, along with a strong understanding of the buyer/supplier ecosystem and ideally an existing network of Travel Managers.
* CRM discipline and familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
* Agility, curiosity, and the confidence to sell in a fast-moving tech environment.
This role offers:
* £50k base salary with £63k OTE uncapped, including a 10% KPI bonus and closing bonuses for each deal won.
* Hybrid working with 3 days in the Shoreditch office.
* Flexible 38-hour week, some days may require US hours (10:00–19:00) due to the global nature of the role. We trust you to get the job done, wherever you are.
* Enhanced benefits: 28 days’ holiday + public holidays, regular training sessions with guest speakers, free volunteering days, and wellness perks.
* Vibrant team culture: Breakfasts, team socials and events, pizza Thursdays, and a collaborative, buzzing Shoreditch office.
If you come from travel, events or enterprise services, and you know how to win complex deals by building genuine relationships with senior buyers, this could be a brilliant next step.
