🧠 About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of social media, PR and marketing activity across both agency and client accounts, at one of most creative and exciting agency partners.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape how brands show up across social platforms — from defining tone of voice and storytelling through to delivering platform-native content and campaigns that drive reach, engagement and growth.
You’ll take ownership of the agency’s social presence across LinkedIn and Meta, while also supporting and guiding client strategies. Working closely with strategy, creative and client services teams, you’ll ensure all output is culturally relevant, on-brand and aligned to wider campaign objectives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social, culture and storytelling, and wants to work across sport, FMCG, tourism and fashion brands.
📈 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and delivery of social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
• Plan, schedule and manage day-to-day activity across agency and client channels
• Own and manage the agency’s social presence across LinkedIn and Meta
• Define and maintain brand tone of voice and messaging across all social channels
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, platform-native content
• Write clear and effective creative briefs for campaigns and content
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance, optimising content to improve reach and engagement
• Apply a test-and-learn approach to continually refine strategy
• Drive audience growth through organic and campaign-led activity
• Identify opportunities to innovate across social, testing new formats and features
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, applying them in a relevant way
• Provide expert guidance on social output to internal teams and clients
• Support campaign planning, ensuring social integrates into wider marketing activity
• Present ideas, insights and recommendations with confidence
🎓 Knowledge, Technology & Experience
✔ Proven experience managing brand and social media activity within an agency or in-house environment
✔ Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and platform-native content
✔ Experience planning, creating or managing content across multiple channels
✔ Experience using social media management and analytics tools
✔ Experience writing creative briefs for campaigns and content
🎯 Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement
📊 Ability to use data and insights to optimise performance and inform strategy
✍️ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
📅 Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
