Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
* Registered practitioner (MH nurse, OT, or social worker) with degree/diploma and post-registration specialist training or extensive experience in the relevant specialty
* Membership of the relevant Professional Body
* Recent professional development evidenced in an up-to-date portfolio
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of Trust Strategy relevant to the role
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of specialist working
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs
* Experience managing change
* Knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in the area of specialism
Desirable criteria
* Recent experience in a similar role
* Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
Managerial/Supervisory Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
Desirable criteria
* Experience in devising and delivering training
Information Technology/Resources

* Experience using electronic patient/service user record systems
