Our client are a leading firm of Chartered Accountant looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join there office in the Gloucestershire area. They have an award-winning Corporate Finance team, which is nationally recognised.
Your new role
1. Review and analysis of projections, as well as the assumptions that underpin them
2. Assessment of the company\'s current trading performance
3. Gaining a better knowledge of the target company and its drivers
4. Financial and operational data interpretation and analysis
5. Historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets are examined and analysed.
6. Identify and communicate important issues that may have an impact on the price our clients are ready to pay for target companies.
7. Determine and assess potential risk areas that may require attention as part of the deal structure.
8. Participate in the creation of high-quality detailed written reports within agreed-upon timeframes, and brief the Partner/Director as needed.
What you\'ll need to succeed
9. Qualified ACA/ACCA
10. Strong audit, accounts preparation/CF or TS experience.
11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport.
12. From a large volume of data, be able to swiftly identify the core concerns.
13. Capable of identifying potential risk and/or price-affecting concerns.
14. Excel is a powerful reporting and analysis tool, and you should have a lot of expertise with it.
15. Client-centred, with a focus on quality and precision.
16. The ability to see the big picture while keeping a close eye on the details.
17. Ability to perform well under duress.
