Job Description
3. Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
4. Prepare and post intercompany journal entries in line with reporting deadlines.
5. Assist in the preparation of intercompany balance confirmations and settlements.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies promptly.
7. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes for intercompany transactions.
8. Prepare detailed reports and analyses for management review.
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the intercompany accounting function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Intercompany Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
13. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
