Working Foreman required in Southampton, Hampshire
High end Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our client on a long-term, self-employed basis, with multiple new projects commencing in 2026. While they specialise in a range of residential projects from Refurbs, Extensions & new builds - the upcoming projects are predominantly new builds so would be important that you are someone who has experience running new sites from start to finish.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience delivering residential projects — new builds or refurbishments.
2. High-end project experience is highly desirable.
3. Strong, hands-on knowledge across all trades, with a preferable background in Carpentry.
4. SMSTS certification is preferred.
5. Ability to lead on-site, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
