CRO Consultant
Surrey - 2/3 days in office
Up to £60,000
This is a great opportunity to join a specialist CRO and experimentation consultancy where you will have real influence over how optimisation programmes are shaped and delivered. You will work closely with enterprise clients, leading experimentation strategy end to end, while being part of a growing consulting team that values collaboration, curiosity and strong client relationships.

They are a UK based technology and consulting business focused on conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and personalisation.
The Role
You will sit within the consulting team, working closely with customer success and product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading CRO and experimentation programmes across a portfolio of clients
* Developing hypotheses, test ideas and optimisation roadmaps aligned to client goals
* Planning and documenting tests, working through delivery and analysis
* Interpreting results and producing clear, insight led recommendations and presentation decks
* Running regular client check ins and contributing to quarterly business style reviews
* Managing workflow and documentation using tools such as Jira and Tempo
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience in CRO, experimentation or optimisation, gained agency side, vendor side or in house
* Confidence designing and analysing A/B or multivariate tests and translating results into clear recommendations
* Experience using experimentation or testing tools
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
* A genuine interest in user experience, digital performance and data led decision making
* Backgrounds in digital analytics with heavy CRO exposure are also encouraged to apply
