Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Coventry – £35,000 to £55,000

The Role
1. Joining an established Private Client team based in Coventry
2. Managing your own varied caseload of Private Client matters
3. Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
4. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
5. Advising on estate planning and Inheritance Tax matters
6. Handling probate and estate administration, including IHT400 accounts and taxable estates
7. Dealing with Deeds of Variation
8. Making Court of Protection applications
9. Managing the financial affairs of clients where the firm acts as Attorney or Deputy
