This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading international manufacturer. They are seeking a commercially astute and analytical Commercial Accountant to join their growing UK finance team. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding organisation with clear progression potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain sales and performance reports using advanced Excel.
* Analyse financial and operational data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Support costing, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
* Lead or contribute to business improvement projects, including ERP implementation.
* Assist with month-end, audit, and ad hoc analysis.
About You:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
* Able to consolidate data from multiple sources and deliver clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with stakeholders across functions.
* ERP experience is a strong advantage.
