The provision of services commensurate with the primary care contract c. Generic prescribing adhering to local/national guidance d. Effective management of long term conditions e. Processing admin in a timely manner, incl referrals, repeat script request & associated clinical admin tasks f. On a rotational basis, undertaking telephone triage & duty doctor responsibilities g. Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with policy, guidance & good clinical practice h. Working collaboratively & contributing fairly to the practice workload i. Adhering to best practice guidance & participating in audit & quality improvement processes j. Contributing to continuous improvement & quality initiatives within the practice k. Attending & contributing effectively to practice meetings as required l. Supporting the development & maintenance of the practice, including clinical governance & training m. Ensuring compliance with appraisal & revalidation requirements n. Supporting continued professional development across the wider practice team o.
