The Person
* Confident Communicator and Team Player
* Proven experience as a Chef-de-Partie or a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
* Ability to work and thrive under pressure
* Passion for cooking and food, with a great eye for detail
The Role
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef and assist with overseeing the kitchen operations
* Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
* Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and high standard presentation
* Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed
* Contribute to the menu planning and recipe development
