The Role To support the sales team, the Account Manager will oversee sales order processing through to invoice generation, manage customer communications, maintain the CRM system, and produce weekly reports. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams and customers to communicate project status and contribute to building profitable, long-term client relationships.
