Pay: £13.75 per hour (Paid weekly via PAYE)

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants to work with local Portsmouth schools who cater for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist school that supports Primary and Secondary aged pupils with a range of needs, including:
* High anxiety
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Attachment difficulties and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Learning difficulties and complex needs
We are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students across the curriculum. You\'ll play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, helping pupils to regulate emotions, engage in education, and develop confidence and independence.
This role will involve working one-to-one and in small groups, supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Experience working with young people with SEMH, SEND, or in a care/support setting
* Calm, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships
* Flexible and proactive with a team-first attitude
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
