* Translate insight into how European audiences read, value and support the Guardian into a clear commercial growth strategy
* Work closely with Editorial to grow supporter engagement through journalism, newsletters, podcasts, print and events
* Maintain oversight of regional performance, developing the annual trading calendar for Europe and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value
* Work with Finance, Performance and Reader Revenue Analytics teams to monitor KPIs and identify emerging risks or opportunities
About You
* A strategic thinker with excellent commercial judgement and analytical skills
* Strong understanding of audience behaviour in digital news, media or mission‑driven organisations, with experience working closely with Editorial teams
* Proven experience delivering through virtual and cross‑functional teams, both internally and externally; inclusive, collaborative and confident working in a matrixed environment
* Experience operating across multiple European markets – and fluency in additional European languages – is highly desirable
* Familiarity with reader revenue, subscription or supporter‑led business models is a plus
