With in-house design and plate-making capabilities, we offer fast turnaround and hands-on collaboration with our clients from initial concept to finished product.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales and Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis at our Rustington site. This is an on-site role that plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our sales efforts, and providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist the sales team as needed
* Maintain accurate customer records and databases
* Placing purchase orders using our system
* Support general office administrative tasks to help keep the business running efficiently
* Working with forecasts and data to plan and manage stock levels
Full training will be provided.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Solid organisational and administrative abilities
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
Bonus points for:
* Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
Details
* Part-time, on-site role, 15 hours a week over 3 days, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. No hybrid or remote working possibilities.
* Based in Rustington, West Sussex
* Start date: Early November 2025
* £13.00 hourly rate, with opportunities for optional extra hours depending on workload.
* 12 days holiday allowance + Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown
* Comfortable working as part of an all-female office team
