Responsibilities
* Responsible for the manufacture of parts within the glass fibre area.
* Work as part of a team and follow WMPs and directions from the team leader.
* Operate plant equipment and/or hand tools associated with the manufacturing process safely.
* Comply with the company's health & safety policy and procedures.
* Undertake training or retraining associated with the post, or the introduction of new working practices.
* Willing to train others as required.
The Requirements
* Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
* 3 months experience using various hand tools (e.g., DIY/painting brushes and rollers).
* Ability to understand Work Manual Procedures.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Willing to undertake or provide training as required.
* An awareness of general Health and Safety rules.
* Proven ability to be flexible, working overtime and changing shift patterns as required.
The Hours
Hours of Work (37.5 hours per week):
* Sun, Mon, Tue 16.30-05.30
* OR
* Wed, Thur, Fri 16.30-05.30
Hours of Work (38 hours per week):
* Monday to Thursday 06.30-16.30
