Salary: NJC 11-14 £27,269 - £30,060 (FTE) / £23,951 - £26,403 (Actual Salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

You'll support the delivery of excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day.
You’re someone who’ll be able to:
* Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
* Be robust, resilient, and take pride in helping students who find school challenging.
* Be flexible, positive, and compassionate.
You’re someone who has:
* Experience working with young people.
* Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English or GCSE grade C/4 and above.
* Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
* Training in or willingness to complete Level 3 Teaching Assistant training.
* This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on young people's lives.
We value our teaching assistants' skills and dedication. To support the best outcomes, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is required. If you do not yet hold this qualification, we will invest in your development through our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme.
